If one cannot breathe and remain mindful with what is going on during a session then it’s not healing. I will work with you to find the necessary pressure and depth that lets you remain mindful.
This is where pain relief happens, allowing your own nervous system to kick in and do the work for you.

New patients
FIRST SESSION
New patients please arrive 10 minutes before your session to fill out the necessary intake forms.
What is bothering you? I want to hear your story.
Initial physical examination to determine your current pain, flexibility and tension
We will always work on you and provide a treatment during each session
Subsequent SESSIONS
Returning patients please arrive 5 minutes before your session.
Devise a treatment plan (what I want to work on)
Find what works best for you (level of depth while you’re still breathing and being mindful) to increase effectiveness
How to prepare for your session
General
No caffeine the day of the session
Make sure you’re well hydrated
Avoid wearing any scents or body cream
WOMEN
Please wear shorts or skorts (a lot of movement is required) and a workout top or tank
MEN
Please wear comfortable clothing
